WHO I AM

I'm Elise, the passionate force behind MomBod Fitness. As a certified babywearing educator, perinatal fitness specialist, yoga teacher, and mom of 2, I understand firsthand the unique challenges of motherhood. I've faced postpartum body-image struggles and recovery from an exercise-based eating disorder, and these experiences have fueled my desire to redefine fitness for women everywhere.

My goal is to transform exercise into an empowering, joyful journey, free from shame and guilt. I'm committed to helping you harness your physical strength and build confidence, with an emphasis on health, not weight loss. I believe that most of us have been shortchanged - we've been misinformed, left out, and disconnected from our bodies. We deserve to understand the unique messages our bodies are sending us, and we have the power to take charge of our own health and take back control.

At MomBod Fitness, I aim to create a nurturing community of self-love, friendship, and unwavering support, guiding you on a balanced journey to holistic wellness—body, mind, and soul.
