Cancellation, Refund, & Late/No-show Policies
What if I need to cancel my class?
In all but very few emergency situations, we do not provide refunds for missed classes. If you contact your instructor up to 2 hours before your class start time to cancel your class, you will be given the opportunity to reschedule for another time. If you contact your instructor within 2 hours of class start time or simply do not show up for class, you will be charged for the full class price.
If you encounter an emergency or other extenuating circumstance that interferes with your ability to attend class, please reach out to your instructor as soon as you are able before the class start time to let them know your situation and they will address these situations on an individual basis.
What if I show up late, or forget to come to class?
Please make every attempt to show up before your designated start time. If the instructor notes that no students are present 5 minutes before start time, and has not received any communication from the students, she may choose to cancel the class session. Students will not be refunded for a class cancelled due to late or no-shows in this manner. Always contact your instructor!
What if the instructor cancels my class?
In the event that a class is cancelled by the instructor, students will be given the option to receive a refund or to reschedule for another class time.
What if I want to cancel a recurring payment plan?
For recurring memberships or subscription charges, if you wish to cancel your membership or subscription you must do so before the date of renewal for the next month. If you miss this deadline and you are charged for the next month, you may cancel your plan but you will not receive a refund for that month’s payment.
What if I can't use my class pack before it expires?
If you purchase a class pack and are unable to use up your classes before the package expiration date, please contact your instructor directly to request an extension. You must contact your instructor and arrange for an extension before the expiration date of your class pack - once the package expires we are unable to provide an extension or refund.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule a private session or consultation?
For private sessions and consultations, if you need to cancel your session you must contact your instructor/consultant up to 12 hours before the start of your session to cancel in order to be eligible for a refund or reschedule. If you contact your instructor/consultant within 12 hours of your session start time, you may be offered the chance to reschedule, but will not be eligible for a refund. If you do not contact your instructor/consultant before your session start time, you will be charged the full amount for your session and will not have the opportunity to receive a refund or reschedule credit.
