I'll start!
I’m Elise, mom of 2, founder of MomBod Fitness, yoga teacher, certified babywearing educator and perinatal fitness specialist.
But really, I’m just a fellow mom who’s been through the ups and downs of motherhood—including those hard postpartum body-image battles and recovering from an exercise-based eating disorder. Those experiences? They’ve made me passionate about doing fitness differently.
MomBod Fitness is all about making movement something that builds you up—not tears you down. It’s where we let go of shame, guilt, and the relentless pressure of weight loss, and instead, focus on feeling stronger, more confident, and more connected to our bodies. You deserve to know what your body is telling you, to understand it, and to own your health your way.
I’m so excited to share this journey with all of you. Let’s make this a space where we lift each other up and build a community that thrives.
