Motherhood is a journey unlike any other—beautiful, challenging, and sometimes isolating. That’s why community is more than just a nice-to-have; it’s essential. From my own experiences as a mom and through years of working with countless women, I’ve seen firsthand how having a supportive network can make all the difference in navigating the twists and turns of motherhood.
With that in mind, I’m thrilled to introduce the MomBod Collective Facebook group: a warm, welcoming online space dedicated to women at every stage of life. Whether you’re just beginning to explore the idea of motherhood, are in the postpartum phase, or raising kids who are well on their way to independence, this group is here for you.
Why This Group Matters
At MomBod Fitness, my mission has always been to create safe spaces for women to explore movement, reconnect with their bodies, and feel empowered—not judged. Our in-person classes and workshops provide that environment, but I realized that the need for connection goes beyond those moments on the mat. Many women crave ongoing support, inspiration, and advice they can tap into anytime, from anywhere.
This group is an extension of that mission. It’s a space where you’ll find resources on perinatal fitness, pelvic floor health, babywearing, and more. But even more importantly, it’s a place where you can ask questions, share your experiences, and connect with other women who get it—who understand the unique blend of joy, exhaustion, and everything in between that motherhood brings.
