Ready for a whole-body approach to pelvic floor health? If you're like most women, your knowledge of the pelvic floor begins and ends with "do your Kegels!" But there's so much more to true pelvic health! As one of the most important muscle groups in your body, an imbalanced pelvic floor can have ripple effects throughout the body, including: - chronic back, shoulder, and neck pain - jaw tension & TMJ - hip pain and stiffness - issues with balance & coordination - weakened abdominal muscles and/or diastasis recti - increased anxiety and stress - recurrent UTIs, urine leakage, or the constant urge to pee - decreased libido or pain during sex - longer, more difficult labor/birth & slower recovery in the postpartum period - poor posture & difficulty breathing In this small group workshop, you’ll learn everything your doctors should have told you about your pelvic floor. Discover a holistic approach in which you'll learn how to modify your breath, posture, and daily movement to get your body working in harmony again! Cancellation Policy
In all but very few emergency situations, we do not provide refunds for missed classes. If you contact your instructor up to 2 hours before your class start time to cancel your class, you will be given the opportunity to reschedule for another time. If you contact your instructor within 2 hours of class start time or simply do not show up for class, you will be charged for the full class price. If you encounter an emergency or other extenuating circumstance that interferes with your ability to attend class, please reach out to your instructor as soon as you are able before the class start time to let them know your situation and they will address these situations on an individual basis. Please make every attempt to show up before your designated start time. If the instructor notes that no students are present 5 minutes before start time, and has not received any communication from the students, she may choose to cancel the class session. Students will not be refunded for a class cancelled due to late or no-shows in this manner. Always contact your instructor!
